About Me

My name is Caroline and after well over 20 years of working as a Paramedic, both for The London Ambulance Service and the 111 out of hours GP service I realised I needed to change jobs!

Being a dog lover, I decided to train for the iPET Level 3 in Dog Grooming & Salon Management. What better way to get lots of cuddles?! After all, cuddles are frowned upon in the Ambulance Service!

Here at Pup Idol, my aim is to provide a calm and quiet environment where your dog will feel safe and secure. There will only ever be one dog in the salon at a time and they will never be caged.

I absolutely love Pup Idol! My dogs have been for several grooms there and they have always been very relaxed and smelling lovely when I pick them up. Caroline the owner has a really affinity for dogs and you can see that she cares for them and is very knowledgeable about grooming. I will definitely be taking my pups back and cannot recommend Pup Idol enough

My dog had her first groom ,a few weeks ago and she looked very pretty when I collected her, so I instantly rebooked her next appointment and her hair is growing back lovely, highly recommend!

Caroline was absolutely brilliant with my somewhat nervous labradoodle. It was his first time at the groomers and the lovely, calm environment definitely helped, along with Caroline's love, care and attention. Milo looked and smelled gorgeous afterwards and is leaving a lot less fur all over my house! Highly recommended!
